She is one of the heads of the Murandian delegation that meets with the Andoran nobles and the Hall of the rebel Aes Sedai on The Feast of Abram (TPoD, Ch. 17). After the formal meeting, she talks to Takima, and then questions Egwene if it is really true that she has opened up the novice book for any woman of any age at all (TPoD, Ch. 18).
