General
Colinda is a Shaarad Aiel Wise One of the Hot Springs Hold (TSR, Ch. 28). She is lean with penetrating gray eyes and almost as strong a presence as Sorilea, although she looks just short of her middle years (LoC, Ch. 50).
When Nesune encounters Aeron, Colinda, and Edarra in the Royal Library, she notices that two women can channel (LoC, Ch. 50). Since Verin notes Aeron cannot channel at all (TPoD, Prologue), it leaves the other two with the ability, although for Colinda it is not mentioned anywhere else.
Timeline
- When Bair reports that Nesune Bihara is interested in the seals and the Royal Library, Sorilea sends Colinda with two other Wise Ones there to investigate (LoC, Ch. 25).
- Nesune encounters the three Wise Ones in the Library (LoC, Ch. 27).
- After the Wise Ones hear that Rand fell over from exhaustion, they enter his rooms to examine him. They know about Min and her viewings from Melaine and want to know more about it (LoC, Ch. 50).
- She seems to have some say over the Aes Sedai prisoners because Verin has to send someone to her if she wants to question of them (TPoD, Ch. 1).
