Efraim Yamada is the Banner-General of the Seanchan armies in Ebou Dar (WH, Ch. 30). He is one of the low Blood and thus wears his hair in the "bowl-and-tail" style, as Suroth calls it. The beauty of his youth has not faded, although he is graying and tall with broad shoulders and lean hips (KoD, Epilogue).
Captain-General Lunal Galgan asks him questions about Ituralde's forces in Arad Doman, when the Blood meets to discuss several matters (KoD, Epilogue).
