General
Elis is a maid in the Aesdaishar Palace in Chachin who shortly appeared in the "New Spring" novel. She is a pale-haired young woman in green-and-white livery (New Spring, Chapter 25).
She was supposed to take Moiraine back to her rooms after visiting with Prince Brys, but after they crossed Merean's way, she guided Moiraine to Lan's apartment. She is astounded when she learns that Moiraine is Aes Sedai and promises not to tell anyone (New Spring, Chapter 25).
