Fionnda of House Annariz is a High Lady of Tear. She is beautiful despite her stern expression and iron eyes (LoC, Ch. 19).
She awaits Rand in the Sun Palace, among other Tairens andCairhienin, but Rand Travels to Caemlyn instead. She only has the time to make a flowery speech on how eagerly they await his return (LoC, Ch. 19).
She is seen walking the hallways of the Sun Palace conversing with Alaine Chuliandred, both of them copying the clothing style Min created. A year ago, both noblewomen would have sent their armsmen to fight out their personal quarrel (CoT, Prologue).
