The First Weaver is the Yellow Head of Ajah.
Suana Dragand is the current First Weaver. Romanda Cassin was the First Weaver for the Rebel Aes Sedai. She had also been First Weaver before she retired, making it easy for her to assume the title, though even as First Weaver, Magla had enough influence to prevent Romanda getting her choice, Dagdara into The Hall
