Haesel is a servant at the Tarasin Palace in Ebou Dar. She is slim and young with short black hair, a sweetly pretty face, silken olive skin and big black eyes (ACoS, Ch16).
When Mat wants to see Nynaeve and Elayne, Haesel escorts him to Jen (ACoS, Ch16).
She helps Olver move into his new rooms (ACoS, Ch28).
