General
Jaim Aybara is a boy from the Two Rivers (TSR, Ch. 53).
Although Perrin does not recognize him, Jaim says to Perrin, "I'm your cousin, I think. Sort of, anyway". When Perrin hears this, he has to squeeze his eyes closed to keep the tears in (TSR, Ch. 56).
His hair is dark and curly (TSR, Ch. 56).
Timeline
- Jaim informs Perrin that there is someone moving in the Westwood. It turns out to be Loial and Gaul (TSR, Ch. 53).
- During the big battle against the Trollocs, Jaim is sent to tell Perrin that someone is attacking the Trollocs, and that someone was heard shouting "Deven Ride" (TSR, Ch. 56).
- Jaim reappears to tell Perrin that the Trollocs are breaking and that men from Deven Ride have indeed arrived (TSR, Ch. 56)
