A similar entry appears in the Wheel of Time Companion confirming the information available in the main story arc.

Jualdhe is one of the six villages directly connected to Tar Valon through a bridge over the Erinin, closest to Northharbor. It lies on the southern side, the Alindrelle and on the main road to Maradon.

Zerah rode through the town when returning to Tar Valon to spread tales of Logain and the Red Ajah, in order to try and allay suspicion (TPoD, Ch. 26).
