Miraj's full title was Captain-General Kennar Miraj. He used to be a morat'raken before he was raised to the Blood. That was a reward for riding fifty miles in a night, while he was wounded, to warn the Empress that a rebel army was marching on Seandar.
Miraj was in charge of the Seanchan forces when Rand launched a counterattack on them. He was outnumbered during the attack and killed.
Miraj was a member of the lesser Blood of Seanchan. He was too low to shave the sides of his head and could only lacquer the nails of his little fingers.
Miraj was friends with Lisaine Jarath, a der'sul'dam.
