Ledar son of Shandin son of Koimal was an Ogier author who lived some three hundred years ago.
During his time, he wrote A Study of Men, Women and the One Power Among Humans, which is among the best books about Aes Sedai dealing with men who can channel. He says that Aes Sedai gather thirteen of their number to capture a such a man, but he recalls stories with less women, including one of Caraighan Maconar. He also mentions the most powerful false Dragons, like Yurian Stonebow and Guaire Amalasan.
