Leitha is a Lady of the Land in Tear. She is described as being "horse-faced".
Like most Tairens, she dislikes Aes Sedai. In the Heart of the Stone of Tear, she draws her skirts away from Moiraine's presence a little to assiduously as the Aes Sedai walks by. Moiraine just looks at her, without slowing a step, and Leitha shudders and drops her eyes. Moiraine thinks to herself that she will not endure open rudeness as well as veiled slights.
