Lisaine Jarath is a senior der'sul'dam under the command of Captain-General Kennar Miraj.
She is a pale, plump-faced and gray-haired woman with blue eyes (TPoD, Ch. 24).
She is from Seandar (TPoD, Ch. 24).
She was in Miraj's company when he learned that Rand started a counter-attack on his forces (TPoD, Ch. 24).
