Falion's Point of View:

Location: Ebou Dar

Characters: Falion


Falion is frustrated as Nynaeve and Elayne has again slipped out without anyone seeing. The only thing that kept Falion in Ebou Dar looking for a nonexistent cache of angreal was that the command came from one of the Chosen. Leading Moghedien to Nynaeve and Elayne though might be a bigger price than nonexistent angreal.




Herid Fel's Point of View:

Setting: The School of Cairhien

Characters: Herid Fel, Idrien


Herid Fel never noticed the gholam that slipped into his room. Later Idrien finds him there, torn limb from limb.




A Seeker for Truth's Point of View:

Location: Ebou Dar

Characters:a Seeker for Truth

Overlooking Ebou Dar, Mor realizes the city offers the best opportunities for looting. He thinks that perhaps the Return would come soon.

A miserable Moghedien lies in her tent, very conscious of the a'dam. Then a woman enters the tent. She says her name is Aran'gar and that she will remove the a'dam for Moghedien.
