Complaints

Main article: Community Guidelines

If you feel a person has violated our Community Guidelines in in public community areas, report the content via the "Report" button on our Xenforo forum or send a moderator a direct message if on the TarValon.Net Discord server. Moderation will handle all submitted reports on this content. If you feel that someone has violated our Community Guidelines in their interactions(s) with you in private official platform spaces, inform your Membership Administrator. Your Membership Administrator will investigate the matter, including other administrators and Officers as needed. If you feel that someone has violated our Community Guidelines in their interaction(s) with you on unofficial platforms, administration may take action based on provided evidence.

Discipline

Main article: Discipline Process

If a person is judged to have violated the site rules, disciplinary action will be taken as outlined in the Discipline Process, up to and including suspension or termination of membership.

Chain of Command

Main article: Chain of Command for Members

If you are unsatisfied with the response of your Community Administrator, you can escalate the incident to the Cordamora. This is not for when the Hall has found there to be no issue, or has dealt with it in a way you feel is insufficient.

Unusual Circumstances

In rare circumstances, the Amyrlin has the right to bypass the standard procedure and suspend membership.
