Maracru is a town in Tarabon that was rumoured to have declared for the Dragon Reborn, or fallen to Dragonsworn. When the rumour reached Tanchico, the inhabitants did not turn on the people of Maracru, but rampaged through the streets, pulling people from the carriages, and burning the Grand Hall of the Assembly.
