Master Posavina is a Kandori merchant with a gray-streaked forked beard and a large pearl in his left ear.
In The Golden Wheel in Far Madding, he tells another trader, Mistress Shimel, that he intends to go to Tear instead of Illian, after he has heard that Rand has been crowned King of Illian. Mistress Shimel, however, tells him that the Stone of Tear is under siege, and thus the nation is not a good place to trade.
