Masuto is a Shienaran soldier. He has a long nose.
He was one of the men who were sent forth to bring back the Horn of Valere in Chapter 9 of The Great Hunt, even though he was not directly mentioned at the time.
He cooks a meal and grins at Min and Perrin, because he thinks they are sweethearts.
