Meciar is an Aiel warrior of the Cor Darei, the Night Spear society, and a siswai'aman. He is bulky.
He is close to Rand when he and the Aiel Skim to Caemlyn. When a stir runs through the Aiel, he tells Rand that someone fell off the platform.
