Mestra is an Aes Sedai and member of the Black Ajah who escaped from the Tower. She is one of the Black Sisters who attacks Egwene in Tel'aran'rhiod for Mesaana and is killed by Egwene with a ball of fire.(ToM, Ch. 37)
