Mistress Tomichi is the innkeeper of The Plowman's Blade in Manala, Kandor. She is a stout, graying woman with red-and-yellow flowers embroidered on her billowing blouse and her wide trousers covered in red and blue.

When Bel Tine is celebrated in Manala, Mistress Tomichi serves Bukama, Lan, Moiraine and Ryne their breakfast herself for she does not want to pull anyone away from the festivities, and once their meal is paid, she rushes out herself.
