Morsa is a Seanchan noblewoman of a minor House. She is young, pale and short, with the sides of her head shaved.

She was at Falme and knows of the army's defeat.

A Seeker for Truth was sent to her because some Seanchan nobleman steps above himself, but instead she inquires after what happened at Falme. Morsa reminds Jalindin that the Empress herself has forbidden speaking of that matter. Jalindin dismisses it and has the Lady Morsa arrested and intends to question her upon their arrival back in Merinloe.
