General
Mulaen is a woman from Seanchan and probably an old sul'dam. She runs the damane quarters in Falme.
She has a droning, nasal voice, but she is very sharp to any damane who does not remember every word of her lectures.
She puts Min in a dress and burns her coat and breeches, because she decided that Min ranks with a serving girl.
