Nariene was a historical Queen of Altara.
In the Mol Hara Square in Ebou Dar, a statue of Queen Nariene stands above a fountain with one breast bared and one hand uplifted.
Some believe that her hand points to the ocean and its bounty or in warning of dangers while others say her successor wanted to show she was only moderately honest, because only one breast is bared.
