General
Nazelle is a Kandori noblewoman and one of Queen Ethenielle's sisters. She is married to Lord Ismic, her second husband.
Ethenielle arranged her wedding to Ismic after her husband had died. She protested in the beginning, but eventually came to love her new husband.
