Old Cully is a high ranking Darkfriend who leads a circle in Ebou Dar. He is a gnarled beggar, with straggly hair, one eye and no teeth and rarely bathes. He is ranked higher than Carridin and Mili Skane, though his circle is placed under Caridin's command (ACoS, Ch. 15). Carridin involves him in the search for Mat and he sends his circle after him, dressed as beggars (ACoS, Ch. 29).
