Paet al'Caar is a man from Emond's Field in the Two Rivers, Andor who joined the mob wanting Moiraine to leave the village, even after she Healed his son. After she told them the tale of Manetheren, he was ashamed of his behavior (TEotW, Ch. 9). In Nynaeve's Accepted Test vision, he spoke against Malena and his sons both died that week. He hanged himself after his wife blamed him (TGH, Ch. 23).
