Ramesa is an Aes Sedai of the White Ajah. She sides with Elaida when the Tower splits.
She is a tall, slender woman with silver bells sewn down the sleeves of her white-embroidered dress.
Norine calls to her as Alviarin passes by, publicly demeaning the latter.
