General
Rosara Medrano is an Aes Sedai from Tear; her Ajah has not been identified as of yet. She is as brown as any Aiel and tall with black hair.
Her alignment among the Aes Sedai is also not given. The way she addresses Samitsu might indicate that she is one of Cadsuane's followers, but she could as well have been sent by Elaida to kidnap Rand and was captured herself at Dumai's Wells.
One morning, she tries to find spices from Tear for a fish stew in the streets of Cairhien. When she sees a party of Aes Sedai and Asha'man enter the city, she rides back as fast as she can to report to Samitsu.
