General
Roshan is the Warder of Samitsu Tamagowa of the Yellow Ajah (ACoS: Ch. 36).
Originally, Roshan did not want to be Samitsu's Warder, until she decided that she wanted him for her Warder (CoT, Prologue).
When Samitsu, Cadsuane, Caraline, Darlin, Min, Niande Rand and Toram escape from the rebel camp and the killer fog, she says aloud that she wishes they had not left their Warders behind in the city of Cairhien (ACoS: Ch. 36).
Although it is not directly mentioned, he is certainly still in Cairhien with his Aes Sedai (CoT, Prologue).
