Sabeine Ocalin is a woman of the Kin. She can Travel and makes a perfect scout, as she is accustomed to the life of a peddler (CoT, Ch. 14).
Timeline
- For the last twenty years she has been a peddler (CoT, Ch. 14).
- Although not mentioned directly by name, she is at the farm when Elayne and her party arrive (TPoD, Ch. 4). When the Seanchan attack the farm (TPoD, Ch. 6), she Travels with the others to Andor, riding toward Caemlyn (TPoD, Ch. 20), and eventually arrives at the Royal Palace (TPoD, Ch. 28).
