Saddler is a gambler who plays dice with Mat at The Dusty Wheel. He has a chin that could have been used to sharpen swords and smelled of a tannery. He reaches for his knife when Mat tells them he won but after they figure out who Mat is he takes off with his budies.(ToM, Ch. 31)
