Sajius is the author of the book Commentary on the Dragon, which contains the line "He shall hold a blade of light in his hands, and the three shall be one" He believed it referred to the unification of three kingdoms, but Min and Cadsuane believe it refers to Callandor. It was this passage that set Cadsuane to investigating Callandor more thoroughly.
