General
Sarien was an Aiel warrior. He was one of the Aiel sent over the Dragonwall in search of He Who Comes With the Dawn. He was possibly a Stone Dog, as he was searching with Gaul.
Sarien and Gaul were attacked by twelve men near the village of Remen in Altara. Gaul claims that the wind was coming from the wrong direction, so they smelled nothing and walked into the men before they knew it. Sarien was killed.
