Segan do Avharin a'Roos is a Murandian noblewoman. She is dark-eyed and slender with long hair and full lips (TPoD, Ch. 17; Ch. 18).
She is one of the heads of the Murandian delegation that meets with the Andoran nobles and the Hall of the rebel Aes Sedai on The Feast of Abram (TPoD, Ch. 17). After the formal meeting, she questions Egwene about the truth of the open novice book and if she really intends to accept any woman of any age at all (TPoD, Ch. 18).
