General
Setusko was a novice during the Aiel War. She was not strong enough in the One Power to earn the ring, let alone the shawl, and so was sent away from the Tower.
Setsuko talked openly of running away from the Tower when she was a novice. One visit to the Mistress of Novices' study taught her to not do this.
Setsuko was one of the novices sent to wake up the Accepted so that they could collect names for Tamra's bounty.
She is Arafellin.
She is short and stocky and has pale eyes.
