Sillia Cerano is a woman who owns a travelling menagerie that camps outside Samara. Valan Luca considers her a rival. She had men painted like court fools splashing each other with water and hitting each other over the head with bladders, which becomes a successful attraction (TFoH, Ch. 36). Her show is nearly destroyed by a mob and Luca hires some of the performers, including Muelin and six acrobats, who claim to be the Murasaka sisters (TFoH, Ch. 40; Ch. 47).
