Takai is the Miagoma Clan Chief in one of Aviendha's visions of the future, twenty years after the Seanchan gained the Andoran war machines. He blames Rand for abandoning them and that their honor was taken from them, that there is no point being the People of the Dragon if they are just to be cast away.
