Chronologically, I think. And I'd say counting time for both... but I'm not sure if that's "correct".. didn't we have some discussion about that regarding the merit badges and decided position/time served that overlaps shouldn't be counted twice? I don't know the best way to account for people who hold two staff positions at once - count time in both, or just count each month once?

Also, best way to organise? By role, or chronologically?
