The Merit is called Epic Prank so if it's verified by Dralyn it should be {{Due-EpicPrank}} not {{Due-Spirit}} 2. If they have served as staff but are not due Silver/Gold as yet and are not currently serving as staff you just enter a not like <!--Working toward Staff Silver, 24 months of 30 served --> when she serves as Staff again whoever updates her page should set the clock ticking - so to speak Basically what you've done means that Dralyn thinks she is due Staff Silver in January when really she has another 6 months to go and only once she is in another role.
