Vram Torkumen is a Saldaean noble who refused to let Rodel Ituralde and his men into Maradon (ToM, Ch. 24). When Rand destroys the trolloc horde, he is unable to cope with the light and puts his eyes out, asking the Dark One for his protection (ToM, Ch. 28). He is a cousin of the queen and has always been a favourite of hers (ToM, Ch. 28)
