Wakeda is a powerful Domani lord that Rodel Ituralde asks to help him attack the Seanchan; after some hesitation and question-asking, Wakeda enthusiastically agrees. He is not tall but haughty; he is missing his right eye and has a thick scar running from his cheek to his forehead (CoT, Prologue).
