Waylin is the Warder of Rina Hafden, an Aes Sedai of the Green Ajah. He is dark and clean-shaven with broad shoulders.
When Moiraine is bringing a letter to Kerene Nagashi from Tamra Ospenya, she sees him and Elyas Machera practicing swords in the Green hallways with Rina watching.
