Potatoes
1 onion
Bacon
2 garlic cloves
1 pint of milk or heavy cream
2 tbs cornstarch
Parlsye, thyme, salt, pepper
Boil diced potatoes. In a big skillet, sauté a whole onion until translucent or caramelized if you like. Add in already crisp bacon pieces. Add two minced garlic cloves. Add in one pint of milk/half and half/ or heavy cream depending on your diet. Mix two Tbs of cornstarch in a cup of milk. Add to cream onion mixture. Add parsley, thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Drain potatoes. Pour cream mixture over potatoes. Add milk if necessary to bring to desired consistency. Heat all together just to a boil. Enjoy!!!
