A similar entry appears in the Wheel of Time Companion confirming the information available in the main story arc.

Yoeli is a high-ranking Saldaean officer who rescued Rodel from the Shadowspawn north of Maradon against orders (ToM, Ch. 21). He was lean faced, with a typical Saldaean nose and bushy eyebrows, with a short trimmed beard (ToM, Ch. 21). As he had to overthrow Vram Torkumen to rescue Rodel, he considered himself a traitor and wore the Traitor's Banner and will demand execution as soon as it is safe to do so (ToM, Ch. 24). When the wall is breached, he asks Rodel to stay and defend the city until his sister arrives with reinforcements (ToM, Ch. 28). He dies defending the city (ToM, Ch. 32).

He has a sister, Sigril (ToM, Ch. 24).
