Anemara is an Accepted of the White Tower.
She is described as being "plump".
She informs Elaida that Felaana and Negaine have brought a woman to see her (Beonin, although they do not know it). Tarna tells her to offer the woman tea while she waits, but Elaida says that she will see her immediately.
