Carleon was a High Lord of Tear. He was thick-bodied (TSR, Ch. 8).
Timeline
- Thom forged a note with Carleon's handwriting addressed to the Lady Alteima. He intended it to be found by the High Lord Tedosian (TSR, Ch. 4).
- When Rand ordered the taxes to be lowered, Carleon and the other High Lords tried to talk against it at first, but they could not oppose the Dragon Reborn (TSR, Ch. 8).
- Tedosian killed Carleon when they were out to hunt, claiming it was an accident (TSR, Ch. 17).
Relationships
Carleon had an affair with the Lady Alteima (TSR, Ch. 4).
He could not stand the High Lord Tedosian (TSR, Ch. 8).
He was not loyal to Rand; Carleon led a faction that intended to kill him (TSR, Ch. 17).
