General

Harnesh is a Lord Captain with the Children of the Light. He is short and bald and lost an ear fighting Dragonsworn. He accompanies Asunawa to the meeting with Galad and though he doesn't say anything, Galad feels he accepts his arguments that a Darkfriend would not have been able to kill Valda (ToM, Prologue). He is one of the Lords Captain who kills Asunawa, bringing Galad the head in a bag (ToM, Ch. 2). He objects to Galad's plan to contact the Aes Sedai, claiming that they are Darkfriends as are monarchs who do not support the Children of the Light (ToM, Ch. 4). When Galad goes to meet with Perrin, Galad instructs him to attack if things go badly (ToM, Ch. 26). During the Last Battle, when Mat instructs Galad to gather a dozen of his best men, Harnesh is one of the ones selected (AMoL, Ch. 37).
