General
Master Dilham is the innkeeper of the Culain's Hound inn in Caemlyn, Andor. He has a round face, three chins and a bulk (LoC, Ch. 10).
He welcomes Rand and his company and tries to make everything comfortable for Verin and Alanna, who are staying there with their Warders and the Two Rivers girls (LoC, Ch. 10).
He asks Verin whether he can say that the Dragon Reborn has patronized his inn, although he has only really visited it (LoC, Ch. 11).
