Sulaan is a Seanchan Morat'to'raken who takes Mat and Olver to the Valley of Thakan'dar on Dhana. An arrow from the battle below grazes her and knocks her unconscious, forcing Mat to land himself. Mat thinks her a pretty thing, but insane.
